Hydro. Leading the way was veteran John Forster who won age group golds
in the 200, 100 and 50m breastroke. John also picked up a silver for his
efforts in the 200 metres freestyle, while John Lamb faced top
opposition in his age group, however, he swam well and achieved bronze
medals in the 50 metres freestyle and butterfuly.
