Swig signs 63,000 s/f deals at his 110 William Street.

LLC - Logical Link Control
 announced that two new leases totaling approximately 63,000 s/f have been signed at 110 William Street, a 900,000 s/f multi-tenant office building located in the heart of Downtown Manhattan's Insurance and Financial Districts.

The building occupancy now stands at 99.6%. This 32-story building was designed by Sylvan sylvan

emanating from or pertaining to woods. See also sylvatic.

 and Scott Cahaly of Staubach & Co. The second lease was signed by Lovell Safety Management Co. for approximately 24,000 s/f located on a portion of the 12th floor. The tenant was represented by Peter Sabesan of Hunter Realty Organization.

Said Swig, "The signing of the two leases at 110 William Street is another example of the stability and strength of the commercial office environment in Lower Manhattan.

"We are so pleased that both Lovell and the Department of Juvenile Justice have shown their faith in us as building owners through the execution of these leases," said Swig.

The landlord was represented in both of these transactions by Rob Lowe and Jonathan Dean of Cushman & Wakefield, as well as by Todd Korren of Swig Equities.
