, is pleased to announce that Paul R. Sygrove has been promoted to executive vice president and chief investment officer at Swig Equities. Previously he served as executive vice president and director of investments.

This promotion reflects the recent successful acquisition program and refinancing activity of Swig Equities. Since 2002, when Sygrove first joined Swig Equities, the firm has purchased over $2 billion of real estate properties comprising over 4 million square feet of commercial office space and over 1,500 units of residential apartments.
