LLC - Logical Link Control announced that Ramona Mahtani has been named vice president and director of residential sales and marketing for Swig Equities, LLC. In her new capacity, Mahtani's responsibilities include strategic residential project positioning, including developing the concept and design of launch strategies; allocation of product mix; design of features and amenities; inventory control; management of public relations public relations, activities and policies used to create public interest in a person, idea, product, institution, or business establishment. By its nature, public relations is devoted to serving particular interests by presenting them to the public in the most and advertising; and overseeing the sales of residential apartments within the Swig Equities portfolio. Before joining Swig Equities, Mahtani recently held the position of director of sales and marketing for The Developers Group. Prior to that, she worked with The Marketing Directors, Inc.
