Steven A. Kirschenbaum has been named as executive vice president and chief administrative officer A chief administrative officer (CAO) is responsible for administrative management of private, public or governmental corporations. The CAO is one of the highest ranking members of an organization, managing daily operations and usually reporting directly to the chief executive  for Swig Equities, LLC.

In his capacity as executive vice president and chief administrative officer, Kirschenbaum will help to direct and oversee the business and fiscal management of the company, as well as help to plan, oversee, and coordinate capital and operating expenditures and fiscal systems.

Before joining Swig Equities, Kirschenbaum was the director of project development and general counsel of Metro Loft Management, LLC, the projects.

Kirschenbaum received his law degree from the University of Toledo National recognition
