In large datacenters, a humidity-free room with a steady, cool temperature is essential for the trouble-free and lighting fixtures including daylight and occupancy sensors, using natural light through energy-efficient skylights and windows, high insulation values for walls and the roof and recycling building materials during construction. The architect is John Anderson Studio. The general contractor is Tom Mackin of TFM Construction Co. John F. Penney, PE is the commissioning agent.
