Operator introduces the Sonim XP1 Push to Talk, Ruggedized Phone for its NewWork Line for the Industrial Workforce

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, & San Mateo, Calif. -- NewPhone, a mobile operator based in Sweden, announced its choice of the Sonim Technologies XP1 handset as its NewWork[TM] premier offering for municipal and industrial workers. NewPhone unveiled the handset as part of "The 50th Anniversary of the Mobile Phone Project," a month-long program sponsored by Ericsson and Telia Sonia to chronicle the history and advancement of mobile technologies globally.
