Sutton inks $24m deal for uptown property.


Meridian Capital Group recently arranged financing in the amount of $24,000,000 for a Class A retail property with over 27,000 s/f located at 429-441 86th Street.

The building was previously 100% occupied by The Wiz, who ultimately went bankrupt and vacated the building. Sutton purchased the property and proceeded to lease the bottom floor to Payless, Zales and Footlocker.

The build-out will consist of the current second floor with 22-foot ceilings being split into a second and third floor.
