Surgery center moves to Medical Building.The Medical Arts Building, 380 Second Avenue, announced that Gramercy Surgery Center, formerly of 67 Irving Place, has leased 10,000 square feet on the tenth floor of 380 Second Avenue. Gramercy Surgery Center provides two state-of-the-art operating rooms as well as a recovery room, which accommodates urology, podiatry podiatry (pōdī`ətrē, pə–), science concerned with disorders, diseases, and deformities of the feet, also called chiropody.
