Surgery center moves to Medical Building.


The Medical Arts Building, 380 Second Avenue, announced that Gramercy Surgery Center, formerly of 67 Irving Place, has leased 10,000 square feet on the tenth floor of 380 Second Avenue.

Gramercy Surgery Center provides two state-of-the-art operating rooms as well as a recovery room, which accommodates urology, podiatry podiatry (pōdī`ətrē, pə–), science concerned with disorders, diseases, and deformities of the feet, also called chiropody. Podiatrists treat such common conditions as bunions, corns and calluses, and ingrown toenails. , plastic surgery and pain management.

The surgery center plans on providing the medical tenants with a facility, which would allow them to provide minor surgery without leaving their building.

As a result of this new addition to the building, ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

LLC - Logical Link Control
 anticipates an abundance of activity on any remaining space in the building. Doug Regal of ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC represented Gramercy Surgery. Ken Findley, Earle Altman and Gregg Schenker of ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC represented 380 Second Avenue.

380 Second Avenue is a 200,000 s/f medical building, with two new lobbies and four new passenger elevators, onsite MRI 1. (application) MRI - Magnetic Resonance Imaging.

NYU New York Undercover (TV show) 
 MRI, NYU Medical Center, Gramercy MRI, Hospital for Joint Diseases, Gramercy Surgery amongst others.
