Surfing the Web.

Byline: The Register-Guard

AH, THE INTERNET. It's a vast galaxy of information with the potential to provide so much good. Almost any factoid fac·toid
n.
1. A piece of unverified or inaccurate information that is presented in the press as factual, often as part of a publicity effort, and that is then accepted as true because of frequent repetition:
known to man is at our fingertips "Fingertips" is a 1963 number-one hit single recorded live by "Little" Stevie Wonder for Motown's Tamla label. Wonder's first hit single, "Fingertips" was the first live, non-studio recording to reach number-one on the Billboard Pop Singles chart in the United States. . When you're trying to finish a grueling research paper, that can be a good thing. But when you're just surfing - well, that's just goofing off (which isn't necessarily a bad thing). The Internet offers an addictive lure - to click from adventure to adventure with nothing more than curiosity as fuel. Today, we offer a few suggestions for your surfing pleasure.

WHERE DO YOU like to surf? Below is a short list, in no particular order, of where 20Below News Team members have been hanging out recently:

But you can rationalize your visit by giving homely people high scores, helping to boost egos and break stereotypes.

www.instapundit.com - Lots of political chatter. It can be scathing and fun. Also, check out its cousin site at www.happyfunpundit.com.
