Having been approved by the state, SureQuest is able to compete to provide dietary software in all state-owned or managed facilities, including healthcare, correctional, educational, and behavioral mental health.

In order to qualify as an approved software vendor to the State of Texas, SureQuest had to complete and be approved through a three-step application process. ) for the state. This application set forth SureQuest's capabilities and track record and other information important to qualify SureQuest for the state's QISV Program. This approval process was established by the State of Texas to facilitate its procurement of automated information (computer) and telecommunication hardware, software and applicable services for qualified purchasing entities throughout the state.

Having then been approved for the bidder list and as an approved vendor, SureQuest was required to develop an on-line catalogue page conforming to state's standards that are accessible through the State of Texas website. SureQuest completed this on-line catalogue page and now has a company profile on the State of Texas bid site.
