Sure Trace Security Corporation Subsidiary Signs Co-Marketing Agreement With Major European Cell Phone Provider.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- Sure Trace Security Corporation (OTCBB:SSTY) announced today that on August 26, 2004, its wholly owned subsidiary, Globe Staff Consulting, signed a co-marketing agreement with Survacom LLP, a major European cell phone provider.

Under the terms of the agreement, Globe Staff will supply its geo-localization technologies for use with Survacom cell phone personal security devices. Survacom will be solely responsible for the distribution of the devices, sharing revenue with Globe Staff.

Globe Staff's geolocalization device (eGeoTrack) will be utilized to significantly improve Survacom's already popular cell phone personal security devices for use with high-risk personnel. Previously, Survacom's phones were equipped with a "vertical detector" which informs remote security monitors when a person falls over. With eGeoTrack installed, the monitors will now know the exact location of the person. Applications of this device include any high-risk environment, such as police, military, firefighters etc.

Mr. Cameron Moriarty, Chief Operating Officer of Sure Trace and Director of Sales and Marketing for Globe Staff guided the development and completion of the agreement with Survacom.
