 VENTURE:SUR) is very pleased to provide an update on development and exploration progress at its T'Boli and Comval gold projects, Philippines.

COMVAL GOLD PROJECT

SUMMARY

The Company continues to be on schedule towards commencing initial trial mining and processing at its T'Boli gold-silver and Batoto gold projects by the end of 2004. These operations will be steadily expanded in size as exploration continues to define the extent of the high grade veins.

Concurrently with the trial mining developments the Company continues to define initial drilling targets for the much larger potentially bulk mineable Batoto/Tarale gold deposit and the Tagpura copper-gold deposit by geophysics, systematic mapping and sampling of trenches and tunnels.
