Systematic mapping and sampling in and around the Company's Tagpura copper-gold deposit has outlined a 300 metre-wide zone which appears to occur on the flank of the main porphyry Porphyry, Greek scholar Porphyry (pôr`fĭrē), c.232–c.304, Greek scholar and Neoplatonic philosopher. Initial results of the zone known as Salvacion returned a 60 metre wide section which assayed 1.45% copper and 0.9 g/t gold, including a previously reported 25 metres grading 2.77% copper and 1.39g/t gold. The latest results further confirm the large size potential of the Comval copper-gold system which extends about 6 km in a north-south direction on the eastern side of the Agusan River Valley and which contains a 1500 metre long 400 metre wide undrilled geophysical anomaly immediately to the south of Tagpura. This large target will be drilled following evaluation of the results of a geophysical survey scheduled for the third quarter 2004. The geophysical crew is currently working on the Comval gold belt on the west side of the Agusan River Valley. Considerable further work is planned in order to fully outline the extent of the gold mineralization. The current work at the Tagpura copper-gold system is being carried out in parallel with the Company's programs at the Comval gold (Batoto/Tarale) and T'Boli gold projects.
