Chemically, it is silicon dioxide, SiO2. stockwork system has been observed over an area of nearly 1,500 metres by 1,500 metres and is still open to the south and south west where further exploratory work is being conducted. The most recent channel sample returned 50 metres @ 1.47g/t gold including 5 metres @ 12.56g/t gold thereby indicating the presence of much higher grades over smaller intervals in the skarn bodies. It should be noted that at this time less than 5% of the potential gold bearing skarns have been mapped.
