Supreme Court/Appellate Lawyer Jonathan Franklin Joins Fulbright & Jaworski in Washington, D.C.


WASHINGTON -- Jonathan Franklin, a well known and highly regarded U.S. Supreme Court and appellate practitioner, joins the international law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. as a partner on Monday, July 24. Mr. Franklin, who has appeared on numerous occasions before the Supreme Court and other federal and state appellate courts, will reside in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.

Mr. Franklin, 42, will lead Fulbright's Supreme Court and Appellate Practice Group, which includes 35 attorneys firmwide. He joins Fulbright from the Washington law firm of Hogan & Hartson LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , where he was a partner.

Mr. Franklin's experience spans a wide range of legal issues. He has handled cases involving constitutional and administrative law and procedure Administrative law is the body of law that allows for the creation of public regulatory agencies and contains all of the statutes, judicial decisions, and regulations that govern them. , as well as intellectual property, contract, insurance, civil rights, antitrust, labor, telecommunications and international law.

Mr. Franklin was recently recognized by clients and peers in this year's Chambers USA directory as one of the best appellate lawyers in the country.
