Dual injection units

Horizontal injection molding machines feature dual rapidly interchangeable injection units. The injection units are mounted side by side on a traversing carriage. When switching from one injection unit to the other, the carriage is unlocked and manually moved to the side, aligning the desired injection unit with the sprue sprue, chronic disorder of the small intestine caused by impaired absorption of fat and other nutrients. Two forms of the disease exist. Tropical sprue occurs in central and northern South America, Asia, Africa, and other specific locations.  bushing. The first machines of this design were built for a rubber molder using the same mold to produce parts from two different rubber compounds. Since all processing parameters for both materials are stored in the machines' controller, the change over from one material to the other can be accomplished in as little as ten minutes, according to according to

Static mixing devices

Fluitec Georg AG static mixing products are offered for materials processing, polymerization polymerization

Any process in which monomers combine chemically to produce a polymer. The monomer molecules—which in the polymer usually number from at least 100 to many thousands—may or may not all be the same.
and other applications where homogeneity of media and temperature produce positive results. The Model CSE (Certified Systems Engineer) See Microsoft certification.  static mixing elements are geometrically defined devices which are mounted into a tube or cylinder. The main feature of the CSE mixer series is a highly efficient mixing action at a low pressure drop, according to the company. The plastic, gas or liquids (perhaps with solid particles) are mixed by the fluid dynamics generated by the streaming media and the motionless static mixing elements. The company's designs are said to feature a smooth, geometrical flow for easy self-cleaning action. (Interflow In`ter`flow´

Electric walk-in oven

The No. 825 is a 500 [degrees] F electric walk-in oven, currently in use for curing latex at a customer's facility. This unit is a modified version of the company's standard model WTH WTH - who/what/why the hell? Also WTF. 566-500 walk-in oven. Workspace dimensions inside this unit measure 54" wide x 72" deep x 72" high. Incoloy sheathed tubular heating elements house 30 kW power, while a 6,000 cfm, 5 hp recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow across the workload. Construction features on the No. 825 include 4" thick insulated walls, 2" insulated flooring with truck wheel guide-tracks, aluminized steel exterior, Type 304, 2B stainless steel stainless steel: see steel.

Any of a family of alloy steels usually containing 10–30% chromium. The presence of chromium, together with low carbon content, gives remarkable resistance to corrosion and heat.
interior with continuously front-welded seams, cellular silicone rubber door gasket, stainless steel water cooling coil located in heat chamber, removable top-mounted heat chamber, to minimize floor space requirements, and the oven body is split into three sections for customer loading onto an elevator. Safety equipment on this oven includes a digital programming temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate heating element control contactors, recirculating blower airflow safety switch, SCR (Sequence Control Register) See program counter.  power controller and a 6" strip chart recorder. This walk-in oven was entirely designed, engineered, built and fully tested by the company. (Grieve)

Tire bead apex assembly

The company's fully automated bead apex assembly system is said to feature productivity levels exceeding 10,000 beads per day in continuous operation. This modular system assembles the robber apex to a pre-built tire bead in one automated and fully integrated operation. The process is said to be so accurate that the company offers guarantees for apex splicing splicing /splicĀ·ing/ (spliĀ“sing)

and uniform quality of the apex application process. The bead apex assembly unit is a completely integrated, stand-alone system, including shrinkage conveyor with camera control system, cooling drums and festooner, and bead/apex assembly head. From the apex extruder to the final stacking mode, this process is totally automated. The machine is also said to offer a great deal of versatility for quick, easy change of tire bead size in the 12" to 19" diameter change. The first system was developed to meet the specific needs of a particular customer. Since then, the system is said to have been fully tested and proven to consistently yield excellent performance results which, in turn, has lead to the automated system now available to the whole tire industry. The company provides millroom, rubber processing, tire assembly, stock preparation and indoor tire testing machinery. (VMI VMI Virginia Military Institute
