Supermarket gets zoning approval.


Sahn A sahn (Arabic: صحن, ṣaḥn  Ward & Baker announced that it has successfully represented King Kullen King Kullen Grocery Co. is a supermarket chain with 46 locations on Long Island and the New York City borough of Staten Island.

King Kullen is recognized by the Smithsonian Institution as America's first supermarket, as the first location was opened by Michael J.
 Grocery Co. Inc. in obtaining zoning approvals to begin construction of a new Wild by Nature supermarket and a separate free-standing free-standing Managed care adjective Referring to a physically and, often, financially discrete entity–eg, a surgical center, that is separate from, but may be affiliated with, a hospital; FS facilities may provide ambulatory surgery, emergency or  pharmacy pharmacy, art of compounding and dispensing drugs and medication. Working with Town of Hempstead officials, Michael H. Sahn and Daniel J. Baker, of Sahn Ward & Baker, together with a team of experts and engineers, crafted the application for a site plan to meet Town requirements and to address local concerns. Wild by Nature, a full-service natural and organic food market is a leader in the national trend in supermarkets focusing on organic foods and products in an upscale, natural setting.

The parcel was previously the site of the former Oceanside Theatre and a Foodtown Supermarket.
