Superior Galleries Announces Its First Elite Auction for 2006.

:SPGR) announced today that its next Elite Auction will be held on January 2, 2006 in Orlando, Florida The city of Orlando is a major city in central Florida and is the county seat of Orange County, Florida. According to the 2000 census, the city population was 185,951. A 2006 U.S. , preceding the annual FUN Convention. This exceptional one day event will include approximately 1600 lots with an insured value exceeding $5 million and is the kick off for what Superior anticipates will be a spectacular 2006 auction season.

Many named collections are included in this offering, most notable being the Franklin Dean Collection: a stunning consignment of fresh, old holder rarities. This collection of nearly 250 coins was certified in the late 1980s and early 1990s, and virtually every coin has outstanding eye appeal. Many of the coins have beautiful original toning, and some are the finest known for the date or type.
