Halftime shows are not given for sports with an irregular or indeterminate number of divisions (such as baseball or boxing), or for sports that don't stop.  whenever they choose.

Sprint Music Pty Ltd is an independent record label set up by Australian rock band Midnight Oil to publish their music.
 Store customers can purchase these exclusive tracks: each high-quality, digital recording of "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction," "Start Me Up" and "Rough Justice" from the Sprint Super Bowl XL Halftime Show costs $2.50.

When the purchase is complete, customers receive two high-quality copies of the song: one version formatted to play and enjoy only on their Sprint Power Vision(SM) phones, and another version formatted to download to their PC's. Customers can also burn their music to a CD.

In October 2005, Sprint opened the first wireless music store in the United States that allows its customers to browse, preview, download, play and manage high-quality digital music, right from their Sprint Power Vision phones. Sprint customers can now enjoy music on the go and have the ability to purchase and download music when they want to - not just when they are in front of a PC.
