Suntory International, Blavod Extreme Spirits Establish Joint Venture Company in US.Tokyo, Japan, Aug 23, 2005 - (JCNN JCNN Japan Corporate News Network ) - Leading Japanese beverage manufacturer Suntory announced on August 22 that its US affiliate Suntory International and London-based spirits company Blavod Extreme Spirits established a joint venture company in Tennessee on the same day. A 50-50 joint venture, Diamate Spirits LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol. LLC - Logical Link Control will develop and market spirits products, including vodka, rum, gin and tequila, targeting US consumers. The new company plans to release a new product to the US market within the year through Blavod Extreme Spirits. Through the joint venture, Suntory aims to proactively expand its presence in the US.
