It extends from West Hollywood's east border with Hollywood at Marmont Lane to its west border with Beverly Hills at Phyllis street. : One Sunset, a new restaurant and club, recently opened at 8730 Sunset Blvd. on the strip. The new location serves American food including Pacific seafood and local ingredients prepared by executive chef, Christopher Ennis. Ennis formerly worked at Vibrato vi·bra·to n. pl. vi·bra·tos A tremulous or pulsating effect produced in an instrumental or vocal tone by minute and rapid variations in pitch. Grill and Asia de Cuba. Lionel Ohayon designed the restaurant with influences from Southern Spain and North Africa. DJs including Michelle Pesce, DJ Tendaji and DJ Mister Best will spin nightly at One Sunset.
