The Grafton on Sunset Hotel has hired Michael Spencer Michael Alan Spencer (born 30 May 1955, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) is a British businessman; the founder and chief executive of ICAP plc, the world's largest interdealer broker. as general manager and Niki Albert as director of sales. Most recently, Spencer worked at Outrigger outrigger, canoe-type vessel with a wood or bamboo float attached to the side of the craft and extending out over the water.
