TUCSON, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 26, 1996--Sunquest Information Systems, Inc., (NASD-SUNQ) today announced it has acquired Antrim Corporation, a leading provider of laboratory information systems for commercial and reference laboratories for $5.0 million in cash.
Antrim, formerly a subsidiary of Compucare, is a leading reference laboratory system provider, with 65% of the U.S. market, including Smith-Kline Beecham, Corning/Metpath and Roche/LabCorp commercial laboratories.
