Sunbase Asia, Inc. Reports Convertible Debentures Have Been Called.


LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 18, 1998--On June 15, 1998 the legal counsel for the holders of certain convertible debentures Convertible Debenture

Any type of debenture that can be converted into some other security.

Notes:
For example, a convertible bond can be converted into stock.

Counsel for the holders of the Debentures have notified CBHL, CIBHL and ACL that legal proceedings All actions that are authorized or sanctioned by law and instituted in a court or a tribunal for the acquisition of rights or the enforcement of remedies.  will commence against CBHL, CIBHL and ACL without further notice if payment on the Debentures is not received by June 29, 1998.
