, Minn. -- Sun Country Airlines will operate a special charter to the National Museum of the United States Air Force Coordinates:

The National Museum of the United States Air Force (formerly the United States Air Force Museum) is the official national museum of the United States Air Force and is located on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base,
 in Dayton, OH this Saturday, September 10th. The day-trip, leaving at 6:30 a.m. and returning to the Twin Cities at 6:45 p.m., is open to the public.

The National Museum of the United States Air Force is internationally acclaimed as the world's largest and oldest military aviation museum. It is located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, U.S. military installation, 8,023 acres (3,247 hectares), W Ohio, NE of Dayton; est. 1917. One of the largest airport installations in the world, it is the air force's main research and development base, and the headquarters of the , near Dayton, Ohio Dayton is a city in southwestern Ohio, United States. It is the county seat and largest city of Montgomery County. As of the 2005 census estimate, the population of Dayton was 158,873. , home of the Wright brothers. The museum features displays from Pre-WWI to present day, including the Space Gallery. Malcolm 'Spook' Jones, a retired Sun Country pilot, began planning the day-trip after the success of two Sun Country day-trips to the Udvar-Hazy Center located near the Dulles Airport in Washington, D.C. "The heritage of our industry is important to us and we are proud to be able to offer flights like these," said Sun Country COO, Jim Olsen.

Sun Country Airlines Pilot, Chuck Doyle Jr. and his father, Chuck Doyle Sr. will be onboard. Chuck Doyle Sr. is a famed Minnesota aviator and has personally donated two rare aircraft to the museum.
