Suit Challenges Chinatown Project.


A coalition of environmental groups and local residents sued to stop an $80 million industrial park proposed for an abandoned railroad railroad or railway, form of transportation most commonly consisting of steel rails, called tracks, on which freight cars, passenger cars, and other rolling stock are drawn by one locomotive or more.  yard next to Chinatown, saying that the 47-acre parcel could be put to better use for parks, housing and a school.
