One, such as a studio or producer, that is unaffiliated with a larger or more commercial organization. 2. with weak acting and clunky dialogue. The latest of these duds is Slutty Summer. Writer-director-star Casper Andreas gets the bulk of the blame for this time-eater, which has nothing to say and doesn't look particularly good saying it. (And the next writer-actor whose script requires a costar to tell him some variant of "You look hot" should be flogged.) Apart from Jesse Archer's entertaining portrayal of an exceedingly ex·ceed·ing·ly adv.
