PerformanceManager is a Web-based performance review application that combines easy-to-use templates, in-depth content and a routing function that enable managers to produce high quality performance reviews. The application features configurable documents for setting and tracking objectives, a Writing Assistant with more than 250 competencies for coaching and feedback and thousands of writing samples and development suggestions to help eliminate the "blank-page syndrome."

Enhancements in PerformanceManager Version 3.1

In response to customer feedback, PerformanceManager Version 3.1 now includes configurable weighted-ratings that allow evaluators to weight objectives or competencies and provide more accurate overall ratings, increasing the quality of reviews. Added reporting capabilities include the following:
