Through additional contacts, RBK was personally introduced to the Michigan Economic Development Corporation's representative in Mexico, through a meeting arranged by the Partnership, as well as meetings with Banco- Mext and the Consulate Consulate, 1799–1804, in French history, form of government established after the coup of 18 Brumaire (Nov. 9–10, 1799), which ended the Directory.  General's office of Mexico, who arranged for travel visas on very short notice for RBK employees in a customer emergency situation.
