Subway sandwich chain opens 362 new outlets.


With a goal of opening 2,800 new locations by the end of December, Subway has opened 362 new outlets, including 133 outside of the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area. , during the months of February and March. The chain has also hit a few additional milestones: 25,000 locations worldwide, 5,600 international locations, 900 in Australia, 800 in Michigan, 600 locations in the U.K., 400 in Minnesota, 300 in British Columbia British Columbia, province (2001 pop. 3,907,738), 366,255 sq mi (948,600 sq km), including 6,976 sq mi (18,068 sq km) of water surface, W Canada. Subway restaurants seem to be opening everywhere, such as in bus station in Canada, one in an ice skating ice skating, gliding along an ice surface on keellike runners known as ice skates. Skating as a Sport
