Inter-Query

Inter-Query is designed to give wireless subscribers immediate access to up-to-date information regarding their balances, invoices, additional services available and other commonly asked questions. Users can dial into their provider's network 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and view an electronic version of their bill, obtain further detailed explanation of charges, check up-to-date balances, and order service and package options.

In addition, users can either send an e-mail message to request customer service, or if equipped with Internet phone (1) See IP phone and softphone.

At the same time, carriers can expand their network of resellers without adding additional network infrastructure."

Both products offer users a secure way to access their billing information. Users are required to provide two pieces of identification -- pager number (or cellular number), or CAP code, and a social security number, PIN number or other unique password.

In addition, wireless providers will be registered with a network security licenser so all messages transmitted on-line are encrypted. Independent of the Internet security provided, the CRM system features full security and audit trails for protection of the wireless carrier.

Inter-Query and Inter-Sell are independent of Internet Web browser The program that serves as your front end to the Web on the Internet. In order to view a site, you type its address (URL) into the browser's Location field; for example, www.computerlanguage.com, and the home page of that site is downloaded to you.  or operating platform so both PC and Macintosh users can take advantage of the features and functionality the programs offer. The programs fully support Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Explorer Web browsers, among others.
