The Kiyosato Museum of Photographic Arts The Kiyosato Museum of Photographic Arts (清里フォトアートミュージアム, Kiyosato Foto-Āto Myūjiamu (K-MoPA) invites all young photographers to send their finest images. This invitation is not a contest call, but rather it is the museum's wish to collect works by young and emerging photographers for its permanent collection.
