Seagrave has coached Olympians who participated in the last five Olympics. In 2000 Seagrave co-coached six Olympians from five different countries including the Silver Medallist in the 200-meters, Pauline Davis. He also served as Head Olympic Coach for Liberia, recording two national records in the Men's 4 X 100-meter Relay. In 1998, Seagrave was sought out to direct the training of 100-meter Olympic Champion and World Record Holder Donovan Bailey Donovan Bailey (born December 16, 1967) is a Canadian former athlete.

Born in Manchester, Jamaica, Bailey emigrated from Jamaica to Canada at age 13, and played basketball before his graduation at Queen Elizabeth Park High School in Oakville, Ontario.
