Styrian Spirit Signs for a New Bombardier CRJ200.


TORONTO -- Bombardier Aerospace Bombardier Aerospace is a division of the Bombardier group, with the third largest workforce (behind Boeing and Airbus) and the fourth largest in yearly delivery of commercial airplanes (behind Boeing, Airbus and Embraer).  announced today that Styrian Spirit Styrian Spirit was an airline based in Graz, Austria, the capital of Styria. It operated services to scheduled and charter destinations within Europe. The airline also operated as Slovenian Spirit and Salzburg Spirit , an airline based in Graz, Austria has signed a contract to purchase one 50-seat Bombardier CRJ CRJ redirects here. The Bombardier CRJ (Canadair Regional Jet) is a family of regional airliners manufactured by Bombardier, and based on the Canadair Challenger business jet.

Founded in 2002, Styrian Spirit has been operating three previously owned Bombardier CRJ200 jets on routes from Graz to Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Krakow and Zurich.

Conditional orders and options could boost the CRJ program total to 2506 aircraft.
