 OF CLASS ACTION, PROPOSED SETTLEMENT, SETTLEMENT HEARING AND RIGHT TO APPEAR

TO ALL PERSONS WHO HELD THE COMMON STOCK OF NORTH FORK North Fork, river, c.100 mi (160 km) long, rising in the Ozarks, S Mo., and flowing S, into N Ark., to the White River. Near its mouth is Norfolk Dam (completed 1944), which impounds Norfolk Lake and has a power plant.  BANCORPORATION, INC inc - /ink/ increment, i.e. increase by one. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Plaintiffs, in the above-captioned action pending in New York State Court (the "Action") for themselves and on behalf of the Class Members, have entered into a Stipulation An agreement between attorneys that concerns business before a court and is designed to simplify or shorten litigation and save costs.

During the course of a civil lawsuit, criminal proceeding, or any other type of litigation, the opposing attorneys may come to an agreement
 and Agreement of Compromise and Settlement ("Stipulation") with Defendants to resolve the Action. All terms herein are as defined in the Stipulation on file with the Court.

PLEASE BE FURTHER ADVISED that, pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of the State of New York for the County of New York, dated March 12, 2007, a hearing will be held on June June: see month.  15, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. (the "Settlement Hearing") before Justice Karla Moskowitz, Room 248, in the New York County Courthouse, 60 Centre Street, New York, New York, to: (i) determine whether a Settlement Class should be certified See certification. ; (ii) determine whether the Settlement should be approved by the Court as fair, reasonable, adequate and in the best interests of the Settlement Class; (iii) determine whether an Order and Final Judgment should be entered pursuant to the Stipulation, dismissing the Action and forever releasing and discharging the Released Claims, except for Excluded Claims (as defined below); (iv) consider Class Counsel's application for an award of attorneys' fees and expenses; and (v) rule on such other matters as the Court may deem appropriate.

Box 9100, Dublin, OH 43017-4100, and it must be postmarked on or before May 25, 2007. Complete instructions on how to request exclusion from the Settlement Class are set forth in the Notice.

You will be bound by, and subject to, any judgment rendered in the Action and any releases approved by the Court unless you request to be excluded in the manner set forth in the Notice. If you submit a valid and timely request for exclusion, you will not be entitled en·ti·tle
