Studley launches national industrial practice group.

National commercial real estate services firm Studley has launched its National Industrial Real Estate Practice Group, announced Michael Colacino, Studley's president.

"Studley pioneered the tenant-rep business 50 years ago," said Colacino. "It is now time to take a platform that has proven highly successful in the office sector and apply it to the growing industrial market."

"Large industrial users have become more sophisticated," noted Thomas R Carragher, branch manager of the firm's northern New Jersey office and the Studley consultant leading this effort. "They are no longer just looking for Looking for

a big box to store product for distribution. They are looking for professional counsel and a comprehensive logistics strategy. While important, real estate is only a component of such a strategy."

Studley's Industrial Real Estate Practice Group provides an integrated approach which advises its clients on logistics, operations, strategy and finance.

Studley delivers this broad spectrum of services with a commitment not to "hand-off" work--one Studley team provides and coordinates all of the firm's services. This provides the client with a single contact at Studley who is fully accountable for the delivery of high quality service.

Studley will first launch this industrial practice in five of its 18 offices--New Jersey, Philadelphia, Southern California Southern California, also colloquially known as SoCal, is the southern portion of the U.S. state of California. Centered on the cities of Los Angeles and San Diego, Southern California is home to nearly 24 million people and is the nation's second most populated region, , Texas and Chicago--all toptier industrial markets that Studley already services.

Once established, the firm will then roll out the practice to the other industrial markets in which Studley offices are located including: Atlanta, Denver, Florida, New York Florida is the name of some places in the U.S. state of New York:
