Studley NJ office opens.

Julien J. Studley, chairman and president of Julien J. Studley, Inc., announces the opening of a northern New Jersey office, located at 333 Thornall Street, Edison, NJ.

George Martin, executive vice president and manager of Studley's Downtown New York office, also will serve as branch manager of Studley's New Jersey office. According to Martin, "This new location will strategically position Studley to cover the thriving northern New Jersey marketplace, and complement Studley's New York and Philadelphia offices."

Under Martin's direction, the New Jersey office will be led by a three-member team of real estate executives recruited from Joseph. Hilton & Associates: Richard Gittleman, corporate managing director, brings 14 years of experience, primarily handling New Jersey real estate transactions. He assisted the opening JH&A's Princeton, NJ office and served as manager of the New Jersey operations at JH&A. His clientele includes Hartford Insurance, CIGNA, Midlantic National Bank, and Liberty Mutual Insurance. He received a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University and is Secretary to the Executive Board of the Central Jersey Chapter of the March of Dimes.

Robert E. Bull, managing director, has been involved in negotiating over one million square feet of commercial real estate on behalf of major corporations including Total Research Corporation, Intel Corp., American Cyanamid, and Princeton Financial Systems, Inc. Bull spent 11 years at JH&A, where he was instrumental in opening the firm's Princeton, NJ branch office. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Gettysburg College.

Thomas V. Giannone, managing director, will focus on providing real estate services to bio-tech and pharmaceutical companies. Previously, he was associated with DKM Properties, Corp., a development firm located in Lawrenceville, NJ. He received an MBA in Finance from New York University, a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Rutger's University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Villanova University.

Jack Feeney, assistant managing director, brings nine years of experience to Studley's New Jersey operation. He has negotiated lease transactions on behalf of Bell Atlantic, Philip Morris USA and Cigna, to name a few. Feeney receive a B.S. in Education from Boston University.
