Students claim top prize.Students and student clubs were awarded prizes from the Student Branch for their commitment to the field of recreation. The Overall Student Club of the Year award is given to the club that demonstrates an overall dedication to their school, their community, NRPA NRPA National Recreation and Park Association NRPA Natural Resources Protective Association (Staten Island, NY) NRPA Niagara Regional Police Association (Canada) NRPA National Rifle and Pistol Association , and the park and recreation profession as a whole. The club receives a plaque at the upcoming Congress in Reno, Nev. Two students, one undergraduate and one graduate, were also chosen to receive special recognition.
