Struthers, Inc. to Commence Training of Its Surgical Teams At the University of Missouri; Company Becomes Newest Member of the International Embryo Transfer Society.

Struthers, Inc. (OTC BB:STRU), the industry leader in the implementation of swine embryo technology is pleased to announce that it will soon begin training and certifying embryo transfer surgical technicians and veterinarians. The training will be a collaborative effort undertaken with industry experts at the University of Missouri.

The training's emphasis will focus on the utilization of Struthers' defined embryo culture media as well as advanced surgical techniques for both the retrieval and implantation of "clean" embryos into surrogate sows. The teams will also be trained in the use of Ovarian Ultrasonography. Ovarian Ultrasonography is a new means of detecting reproductive disease and determining ideal times for embryo collection. Ultrasonography is highly complementary to Struthers's existing embryo transfer technology. Through its implementation, Struthers is able to augment its already advanced embryo transfer technology by, in effect, prescreening for diseased animals.

Separately, the Company announced that it has recently joined the International Embryo Transfer Society (IETS). Formed in Denver, Colorado in 1974, the IETS enjoys international acclaim as the professional forum promoting the exchange of information amongst practitioners, scientists, educators, regulatory officials, livestock breeders, students and suppliers of both equipment and drugs. The purpose of the IETS is to further the science of animal embryo transfer by:
