Strong leasing activity reported in Fort Lee.


Palisades Palisades, cliffs along the west bank of the Hudson River, NE N.J. and SE N.Y., extending from N of Jersey City, N.J., to the vicinity of Piermont, N.Y., with a general altitude of from 350 ft to 550 ft (107–168 m).  Financial just secured over 10,500 s/f of new leases at its 2160 North Central Road in Fort Lee, New Jersey Fort Lee is a borough in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the borough population was 35,461.

Fort Lee was formed by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 29, 1904, from the remaining portions of Ridgefield Township.
. Palisades acquired the 50,000-s/f, Class A office building in 2004.

Recent leases were signed at 2160 North Central Road on behalf of Kim and Bae, a law firm; Carepath Solutions, a medical legal consulting company; and Ashford Abbacy, CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media. The CPA disbanded in 2000. , an accounting firm. Palisades Financial will also occupy approximately 4,600 square feet of the building, which now has less then 9,000 s/f of available space.

2160 North Central Road is a three-story office building offering five levels of covered parking, a dramatic three-story atrium and outstanding highway access.
