It's regular 8.5" x 11" and stapled on the side, but that fact is covered up by the strategically placed Duct tape duct tape n. A usually silver adhesive tape made of cloth mesh coated with a waterproof material, originally designed for sealing heating and air-conditioning ducts. Noun 1. running along the spine, so it doesn't seem as dorky dork n. 1. Slang A stupid, inept, or foolish person: "the stupid antics of America's favorite teen-age cartoon dorks" Joshua Mooney. 2. as stapled-together full sheets of paper (and it's limited and numbered out of 100, raising the potential eBay sales figure for rarities). There's always something to be said for folding that paper, kids ... not to mention the fact that even if you want to do an 8.5" x 11" 'zine, you can always lay it out on 11" x 17" paper and fold that. Cheaper, too, less copies. Anyway, this looks to be good quality Xerox stuff, with some tight photo work and layouts, and covers skating skating: see ice skating; ice dancing; roller skating. skating Sport in which bladelike runners or sets of wheels attached to shoes are used for gliding on ice or on surfaces other than ice. around Texas and Colorado and maybe elsewhere (but since there is no return address, how am I supposed to know? I think it's from Colorado). It also has a band interview with a band called We Versus the Shark, and some local skaters and music reviews. This one has a ton of information on veganism/ vegetarianism vegetarianism, theory and practice of eating only fruits and vegetables, thus excluding animal flesh, fish, or fowl and often butter, eggs, and milk. In a strict vegetarian, or vegan, diet (i.e. , including book reviews of Fast Food Nation and Diet for a New America and others. Some scary but not exactly new info that's worth reading if you haven't seen it before, and I am into skate 'zines harping on a social topic now and then--but if it becomes too polemical po·lem·ic n. 1.
