Streamedia Communications, Inc. (TM) (NASDAQ: SMIL, SMILW; BOS: STA, STAW), New York (www.streamedia.net), Los Angeles (www.bijoucafe.com) and Zurich (www.nomad.ch), a dynamic U.S.-based streaming media services company and global Internet broadcaster of rich media content, is scheduled today at 11 a.m. ET, to launch its 'Streaming WorldSite', an animated global panorama for streaming media and its products, services and IT infrastructure, plus a showcase for the company's growing partner and client base.

The website will be launched simultaneously at the company's headquarters in New York City and in special ceremonies at the company's exhibit booth (1313) at Streaming Media West. On hand in San Jose will be Gayle Essary, Chairman, Raymond Bell, VP-Business Development, Mireille Bovy, Communications Consultant, and Oleg Reznik, Sr.VP of Interactive Services, whose team is responsible for the company's new web look.

Pulling the switch in New York will be Henry Siegel, President/CEO, and the design team, led by the unique sister-brother duo of Tanja and Malcolm Gompf, award-winning web maestros in the haupt Berlin creative district who joined the 'Stream Team' earlier this year.

Tanja Katharina Gompf, Creative Director, grew up in France and Germany. She has artistic experience in the commercial and institutional sides of the World Wide Web, corporate, graphic, kiosk and CD-ROM design from production to realization. Previous positions include work as Art Director at the ZKM Center for Art and Media, and Creative Director in Berlin for Aperto Multimedia GmbH. She is recognized internationally for her work on large-scale multimedia projects, such as those involving the Vitra Design Museum, the EXPO 2000 and the ZKM / Media Museum. In 1998, she won the prestigious German Prize for Communications Design in the "Award High Design" category.

Malcolm Gompf, Multimedia Designer and Director of Audio Design, has recently joined the Company as an audio branding and online marketing specialist. With his previous career as journalist in the radio broadcast field, he has experience in producing and marketing of various music programming, production, audio promotion and advertising. As the youngest head of music in radio broadcasting in Germany he had the chance to interact with various broadcasters and artists, and organized the biggest non-profit concert against racism in southern Germany. His work as a Creative Team Player and Audio Innovator in the Multi field has resulted in several published interviews about his expertise in using Audio Branding concepts. Clients included Siemens AG, Elf Oil, Debis AG, Telint Global AG, MTV, Ikea, Asscom AG and Becker Avionics.
