The patented technology processes and automates the analysis of incoming data streams from a variety of applications, enabling organizations to create personalized, consistent and targeted customer communications on a massive scale.

The patented technology has already been incorporated into StreamServe Persuasion[TM], the industry's most comprehensive EDP solution for transforming internal data into personalized customer communication. By automatically analyzing and decomposing all forms of unstructured data coming into an organization's applications -- including ERP, CRM, SCM and content management -- the technology enables StreamServe Persuasion users to create documents in any format and deliver them via any channel.

The patented technology is designed for environments with high transaction volumes, requiring high performance, scalability and availability. By creating a model of inbound data, the technology can dynamically access data from a source system. It uses this capability to dynamically build a virtual view of the document, containing the rules and resources necessary for the target output device or electronic channel, including fonts, images, templates, as well as interactive, Web-based documents. StreamServe Persuasion users can now unify all forms of incoming data under a single description, enabling them to automate the creation of personalized customer communications.

The patented technology enables companies with multiple information silos to identify and extract the most appropriate information from multiple systems simultaneously without the need for data consolidation. For example, a customer statement generated with StreamServe Persuasion can contain data from SAP as well as content residing in another system within the organization, such as a product catalog.
