This is a delightful collection of Stravinsky miniatures. The
performances are not quite as tart as you might expect. I'm not
sure Stravinsky would have fully approved, for he seemed to delight in
making instruments sound sour. But for you and me, these sprightly spright·ly adj. spright·li·er, spright·li·est Full of spirit and vitality; lively; brisk.
