Stratacache and Expand Networks, the leading provider of WAN compression and acceleration appliances, today formalized an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) agreement under which Stratacache will private label Expand's patented ACCELERATOR solution to enhance Stratacache's Web Caching and ECDN (Enterprise Content Delivery Network) solution offering. The agreement is part of Expand's "Powered by Expand" strategic OEM initiative. Under the terms of the agreement, Stratacache will market the Expand appliance under the brand OPTIMA(TM) to its global customer base.

Stratacache is a leader in caching, content acceleration and content distribution technologies that enhance the delivery of web, rich multimedia, file and streaming media content.
