A ground-signal-ground configuration is required to achieve the best performance on the high speed lines. StratEdge's G1616M-7 is a glass walled package with a 0.166 inch (4.22mm) square body and a cavity of 0.075x1.10 inches (1.91x2.79mm). It comes with an ASTM ASTM abbr.
