 Health Law Update, a monthly report, from M. Lee Smith Publishers (Nashville, TN). No terms of the deal were given.

The title is targeted to attorneys and administrators for healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, insurers and managed care providers. Described as the "most comprehensive briefing on healthcare law affecting the state of New York," the newsletter is written to provide the latest information on court decisions and legal developments affecting healthcare in the state. An annual subscription costs $287.

Among its information products, Strafford also publishes Hospital Litigation An action brought in court to enforce a particular right. The act or process of bringing a lawsuit in and of itself; a judicial contest; any dispute.
