Story scrapbooks: tools for engagement.


Story scrapbooks have a dual purpose in organizations: to create a conversation piece that encourages open communication; and to capture key stories, examine the connections between them and transfer knowledge within a group or organization. Clients have told me that scrapbook A Macintosh disk file that holds frequently used text and graphics objects, such as a company letterhead. Contrast with "clipboard," which is reserved memory that holds data only for the current session.  projects have helped them increase the quality of communication among employees and management, and create a greater willingness among employees to share information, among other benefits.
