Stora Enso Oyj (NYSE: SEO, ) is a Finnish–Swedish pulp and paper manufacturer, formed by the merger of Swedish mining and forestry products company Stora and Finnish forestry products company Enso-Gutzeit Oy in 1998.

SELLS INTEREST IN PLANTATION. Stora Enso, Helsinki, Finland has divested its majority shareholding in PT Finnantara Intiga, which owns the Finnantara plantation in West Kalimantan West Kalimantan (Indonesian: Kalimantan Barat often abbreviated to Kalbar) is a province of Indonesia. It is one of four Indonesian provinces in Kalimantan, the Indonesian part of the island of Borneo. Its capital city Pontianak is located right on the Equator line. , Indonesia, to Global Forest Ltd., part of the Sinar Mas Group Sinar Mas Group is one of the largest comglomerates in Indonesia. It was formed in 1962. It has many subsidiaries including APP.

Sinar Mas Group was founded by Eka Cipta Widjaja. Its main businesses are: Pulp and Paper, Agribusiness, Property and Financial Services. . Book value of the plantation is US$ 26 million.
